A base GAF CoatingsPro contractor can offer the Liquid-Applied Emerald Pledge Limited Warranty, while the higher GAF CoatingsPro+ contractor can offer both the Liquid-Applied Emerald Pledge Limited Warranty and the Diamond Pledge NDL Roof Guarantee on qualifying systems, with the Diamond Pledge NDL term running up to 20 years for CoatingsPro+ installations. The "NDL" in that guarantee stands for No Dollar Limit, meaning GAF does not cap its total payout on covered claims, and the coverage applies to the coating system as installed.
